Prevent Access to Dangerous WebSites Block access to inappropriate Internet content or lock down the Internet completely. Pornography, hate sites, drug sites, questionable chat rooms, illegal downloads - all can easily be blocked from innocent eyes with KidsWatch. This software offers several different ways of doing this. A parent can block access to inappropriate web site content by simply selecting content you would like to restrict from over 60 categories, (i.e. adult, vice, criminal, instant messaging, etc.). When your children try to go to a prohibited site, it is blocked. When they try to access mature or otherwise blocked keywords, they can't. Our dynamic categorization attempt to categorize thousands, even millions, of websites based on content. You can even allow or prevent uncategorized content for maximum protection. Our software also supports white list/black list set ups. In other words, you can put a restricted site in an override list wherein sites will be allowed or prohibited despite categories. You can also use temporary passwords to bypass filtering for a set period of time. And if you don't agree with a particular categorization, you can file a dispute. Our designers are constantly adding to our list of dangerous websites. Even international pornography sites that do not use English words can be blocked. Though we try to block everything, there is no guarantee that we will eliminate access to all sites. If you come across a site that is not blocked and should be, please let us know so we can block it in future.
